This aluminum ute tray and canopy package is popular among 4wd community. It has light weight but versatile setup.
The canopy it carries is 1200mm long, which you can put a fridge, kitchen, pantry and some tools in it. The tray is 1600mm long, giving you some room for the spare wheel carrier, jerry can holder and bits and pieces that do not need a cover.
